The LACEGAL Network is funded by Horizon 2030. It aims at understanding galaxy formation by using numerical simulations (P.Tissera: node coordinator).

Septembers-October-November 2023: Jenny Gonzalez will visit the Max Planck Institue for Astrophysics and the University of Durham as part of her PhD thesis.

Matias Gamez, PhD student of Rosa Dominguez-Tenreiro, from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, visited our group during August 2023 to work on the formation of the Milky Way. He gave a talk on his latest results.

Dr. Sergio Contreras and Dr. Yelti Rosas-Guevara visit us from 4 October to 4 November 2023. They gave IA colloquia on 24 and 31 October.

Nils Hoyer PhD student at the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC) will visit our group at the IA for two months.
